1) All members are to be treated with respect, regardless of their rank.

2) Recruiting
a) People apply on forums, that message moves to a place on the fourms that people
able to recruit have access to, one of them then looks it over and does
recruiting. This will make them an applicant, with membership subjected to vote
several weeks later.
b) Anyone can be recruited to the organization.
c) there will be a 2 week probation period; after that the prez, generals and/or squad commanders will discuss about letting into the org or kicking the person.
d) previous clans, or with clan alts, or orgjumpers (changed org repeatidly), need general/president approval before invite.

3) If you have a problem with a member, please talk to president or a general of organization.

4) AI raids
a) Make sure to leave city controller between 20% and 49% after your raid.
b) Re-enable cloaking device after your raid
c) Applicants are not allowed to host ai raids in our city.
d) If you need someone to lower the cloak for you, supply them with ~20% cru so they can bring CC to safe levels when they raise cloak again.
e) If you lower cloak, you also have to raise cloak. Make sure you are ble to raise cloak after you lower it.
f) By hosting a alien raid in city, you confirm you have read the ai raid guide posted on forums.
g) AI raids that are purely for farming, takes lower priority than other AI raids

5) PvP
a) Do not "gank" omni or neutrals
b) IF we have towers, check with a general or the president if it is ok to attack towersites as this opens our towers.

6) Do NOT steal camps, not even from clanners.
7) Do not beg; If you ask for /anything/ and get a no, there's no point begging for it.

8) City Funding
a) You only pay for one of your characters in org, this being the highest ranking one.
b) Those who do not have the expansion set Alien Invasion will not be required to pay monthly for upkeep.
c) Squad commanders pay 5m each month.
d) Generals pay 10m each month.
e) Payment is done to organization bank via /org bank add.
f) Payment for the city be made by FLW members (who are required to pay) 1 week in advance of rent being due
g) President can notify when we can halt payments for whichever reason that would be, and also org pres would be able to notify when we should start doing payments again.
h) When adding to city funding, members will send a notice of some kind to the org president saying how much was added and when.
i) FLW can vote members 'inactive' and suspend their required city payments up to 3
months, after which time they will be required to pay again, or be voted on again. If at any time it is felt that a member that has been given this reprieve has become active again, a vote can be held to rescind the reprieve
